Saheed Bhagat Singh Degree college khandadeuli was established in the year 1991in Ganjam district of Odisha. In 1996 +3 Arts stream was recognised by the Government of Odisha Department of Higher Education and affiliated to Berhampur University with the subjects like History, Political Science, Education, Odia and English.
Saheed Bhagat Singh Degree College khandadeuli Ganjam is one of it's own kind of institution having a dynamic management with support from the founder members of the college and faculties are always engaged to provide the basic inputs of parenting, supporting and guiding students to become responsible with a realization of various upcoming challenges at different stages of life. The age old banyan tree at the entrance symbolically stands for the strength and determination with which the college was established thirty years back to provide higher education to the under previledged rural students of the peripheral villages . The college has a unique record as every year at least five to eight students successfully get chance to serve the country by joining Indian army.It has become a strong platform for many to prove their dynamics. The college has even produced Olympians to it credit. The College has gained a good reputation in terms of students and faculty strength and is one of the widely networked colleges in Odisha.Adopting Innovative and new methods of education, the college jointly focuses on University syllabus and also provides the students with support systems like a well mantained library, well equipped computer Hall,laboratory and smart classrooms.
